Finally!

So, after fighting with housing for 4 months to come and re-carpet my stairs I just decided to say eff it and do it myself. I'm definitely not a professional carpet installer, but at least my kids aren't cutting their feet on nails, staples, and carpet tacks anymore. It took me a lot of time and elbow grease to get all that shit out of the steps. And I still have some nails and staples to pull out of there. It's not a finished product, but I'm almost done! The way they had installed that carpet was absolutely ridiculous! The amount of nails and staples they used was uncalled for and the carpet tack strip things were almost impossible to get up.
